More time would pass in order for that to transpire. This one was a big innovation for football video games, and has fans who still swear by it. For many years, this was the greatest football video game.
Makes sense that it was so revered by the hardcore gamer - it really was the first true attempt to recreate the NFL. Graphics and sound were vastly improved, so for many years, this was the video football game. Judging by its online revival, people still enjoy it today in small doses. PlayStation Madden 10 maniacs have the opportunity to challenge each other for some serious cash. Once you do your homework and study the playbook, you'll be in the end zone scoring points and making your rivals weep as you empty out their bank accounts.
